i hope everyone had a good day and is feeling just as ill as i am after to many treats :-P

seems since i quit smokeing ive gained 4.3 kg uhmm not happy

so now its time to move my backside back into working out and skip on the hot chips chocolate biskits anything that actually taste good and live on the old trusty rabbit food 3 days now i only lost 100 grams :-O but i have done 4 hours of pain stakeing exercise ( my calfs hurt BAD) and screwing my nose up at lettuce

come to relise i actually enjoy wii fit gives u a nice work out and tells u your fat then makes u rethink about treating your self cuz the next morning u jump on to check your weight wii might have something else to comment on so rude lol

was haveing a bad morning to start with didnt wanna go out but i ended up comeing home with a few mew family members and a awesome tank :D

yep 2 new fighter fish this is what happens when i go out i buy things i dont need and do need and just because they look cute how u think lil man and phoebe came into my life cuteness kills!

so i went though all the junk and went out cost me $1.74 for a box lol and a old white basket for the toys the doggy bag in with the bags and grooming stuff in the bathroom

i decided to start a clean out since i got to much of everything all over the place i decided to start with the first thing i pick up and the thing i picked up was a dog brush so make over 1 is pet items

healthy kick to the weekend

its been a long week and eating junk cuz i cant be botherd to cook/ make

healthy meals i was actually haveing craveings for a salad and not just a quick easy salad that is

my dinner carrot, asparagus, capsicum, celery, tomato, lettuce, onion, corn, crutons, cheese an egg taste good for a anything but average salad

did a huge spring clean today lil late but i missed the last one lol
everything has had a clean well just about still working on it to much to do in 1 day
chucked stuff out put new stuff it lookin good ;)

found this book in the libery how to clean everything got some good stuff in there
anyway gotta feed the animals and get ready for bed early morning tommrow
